Please check the following information before you report a missed collection:
If you answered 'yes' to all questions, please fill out the missed bin collection form. After reporting, we aim to return on the day of collection if operationally possible or within two working days, unless there are unforeseen circumstances that prevent this.
Sometimes our crews can’t get to your bin if your road or property access is blocked. If this is the case, we will record this on our system and aim to return within two working days. Please leave your bin out.
The crew will report that your bin was not out, and you can then:

If you do not agree with the reason for your bin not being collected you can raise a dispute case with the Customer Service Centre, that will be investigated within 5 working days.
