Borough and Parish Council Elections
If you would like a preliminary check of your nomination papers before formal submission, please email them to elections@eastleigh.gov.uk.
We are requesting that you make an appointment to formally submit nomination papers. These can be made between 26 March and 5 April (excluding bank holidays and weekends), from 10am to 4pm. Close of nominations is 4pm on Friday 5 April 2024.
Police & Crime Commissioner for Hampshire & Isle of Wight police area
Nominations for the Election of the Police & Crime Commissioner for the Hampshire & Isle of Wight police area are being done by Southampton City Council.
Tount will take place from 11am on Friday 3 May at Places Leisure Eastleigh, Passfield Avenue, Eastleigh SO50 9NL. Entry will only be available to staff, candidates and agents.

Counting of votes
The verification (PCC, Borough and Parish) and counting of votes (Borough and Parish) will be held after the close of poll at 10pm on Thursday 2 May at Places Leisure Eastleigh, Passfield Avenue, Eastleigh SO50 9NL. The counting of votes for the PCC election will be on Friday 3 May at 11am. Entry to the Count will only be available to staff, candidates, and agents.

Pre-election webinar - 20 March (12 noon-1pm)
The Electoral Commission is hosting a pre-election webinar for candidates, parties and their agents taking part in local and parish elections on 2 May.
The webinar takes place on 20 March from 12 noon-1pm and will focus on the imprint rules, including information on Digital Imprints, and Imprints for physical materials.
If you have a question about an imprint, please bring it along – you will also be able to ask questions in advance through the registration form below.
