Corporate performance
Here at Eastleigh we operate a corporate performance framework to monitor the progress and effectiveness of our services in meeting our corporate plan objectives and ambitions.
The framework enables us to:
- ensure the relevant activities across the Council align to delivery of outcomes across our 4 strategic themes (Economy, Environment, Health & Wellbeing, Housing & Development)
- checking progress against outcomes and taking decisions to improve where necessary
- monitoring team and individual progress against service plans and individual objectives
- ensuring effective decision making is taking place across the organisation at all levels.
The Council regularly monitors a set of over 40 Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) on a monthly or quarterly basis. Charts and data tables for these KPIs are provided in the most recently published Corporate KPI report, which includes all the data collated since April 2019 on the current set of KPIs:
