New affordable housing developments

To meet our objective of finding homes for people on the housing register, and for those looking for affordable housing, we use the planning process to secure affordable housing on qualifying sites in accordance with our policies.

New developments in our Borough include a variety of different types of housing, meeting a range of needs, and some are built to wheelchair- accessible standards.
