New affordable housing developments

Information on new affordable housing in Eastleigh Borough

To meet our objective of finding homes for people on the housing register, and for those looking for affordable housing, we use the planning process to secure 35% affordable housing on sites of 15 dwellings or more, and 20% on sites of 11-14 dwellings.

New developments in our Borough include a variety of different types of housing, meeting a range of needs, and some are built to wheelchair- accessible standards.

Rented properties are advertised on Hampshire Homechoice and shared ownership properties are advertised through Help to Buy South.
