Save energy and have fun in Eastleigh
Learn how to cut your energy bills - and play football too
It’s not often that you get to find out how to save energy – then learn how to use up a lot of energy on the same day.
Yet that’s exactly what is on offer from Eastleigh Borough Council in April and May with an initiative dubbed *Boots and Bills*
We’ve joined forces with Utilita, Eastleigh FC and the University of Southampton to help residents with their bills by saving energy – and then play football with hints on how to improve your game provided by an Eastleigh FC coach.
The sessions are open to all, but with a focus on the jobless and those from low-income households.
The sessions will take place every Thursday from April 3rd to May 15th at Wide Lane Sports Ground (Pavilion).
All participants will need is comfortable clothing to join in the fun.
Session Details:
10:00 - 10:45 AM – Energy-saving session
10:45 - 11:30 AM – Optional kickaround with an Eastleigh FC coach
