Eastleigh Youth Partnership
A network for professionals who work with young people in Eastleigh town centre and neighbouring areas
The Eastleigh Youth Partnership is funded by the Eastleigh Local Area Committee and serves the young people, organisations and professionals who support them in Eastleigh town centre and neighbouring areas.
The partnership seeks to promote and support existing provision and develop new opportunities and services for young people living in Eastleigh. This is achieved by working collaboratively with local schools and colleges, youth activity providers as well as charities, organisations and authorities.
Sign up to the half-termly email newsletter to receive updates, events, and training relevant to young people and professionals in the local area.
Health and wellbeing toolkit
In response to the rising concern for young people’s mental health and wellbeing, the Eastleigh Youth Partnership have developed an online Health and Wellbeing Toolkit.
Packed with videos and content created by local providers, the Toolkit aims to give young people resources they can use to manage their own mental health and general wellbeing including exercise classes, cook-a-long sessions, coping techniques for stress and anxiety and links to local and national support agencies.
Developed in consultation with local schools and young people, the Toolkit can be used in class and at home to support the promotion of activities and ways to maintain good mental and physical health.
