What new activities did the kids try this summer?
Eastleigh Active always strives to offer activities for children between 5-16 years that are a little bit different.
Whether they're new to exercise, or looking to start a new hobby, there were activities to suit all this summer.
The Summer Programme has now drawn to a close, but let’s look back at all the fun activities we had around the borough. Watch our video and let us know if you spot your children in the wrap-up reel.

- Fishing - Portsmouth and District Club - The Portsmouth and District Angling Society are due to offer a full programme of free junior coaching starting next season in May - led by Angling Trust approved coaches. Welcoming individual juniors, families, and charitable organisations.

- Golf - Gary Mills - 30 minute one-to-one lessons for £15 (originally £20). Maximum of 3 per child. To be used by 3rd November 2024
- Junior Gym - Wildern Leisure Centre - Free Month (Child Bolt-On) or Gym Session when accompanied by a paying person over 16 years - for those registered and attended Eastleigh Active. Please collect a voucher from the Leisure Centre Reception.
- Nerf Warz - Personal Best Education
- Olympic Weightlifting - Lakeside Weightlifting
- Orienteering - ‘Navigate and Explore’ - Southampton Orienteering Club
- Sailing - Hamble Sailing Club
- SkateJam - Team Rubicon
Here to support new or developing riders with a week long residential skate and scoot camps next Easter and Summer, along with special discounts on a range of quality equipment including skateboards, scooters, helmets and pads here. - Street Basketball – Havant Basketball Club
