Car club

If you live in walking distance of Eastleigh town centre and drive under 5,000 miles per year you could save money by joining Co-Wheels car club.  Co-wheels operates as a Social Enterprise, developing and improving access to more sustainable car use for communities all over the UK. 

The 'pay by the hour' car club allows members to use a car 24 hours a day, seven days a week, without the cost or hassle of owning one.  A simple hourly and mileage charge covers fuel, tax, maintenance and comprehensive insurance. 

There are four cars in our town centre:

• Eastleigh bus station:  two Renault Zoe electric cars
• The Point, Eastleigh, Leigh Road:  one Toyota Yaris Hybrid 
• Wells Place, Eastleigh Town Centre:  one Toyota Yaris Hybrid

Cars can be booked in advance or last minute where available and each Co-wheels has a dedicated parking bay.
