Where will the link road connect to?

The new link road will connect to the M3 at junction 12. Highways England (who operate the motorway) have commented to ensure that the junction can continue to operate safely and efficiently. The Council has identified the necessary improvements to the motorway junction and assessed these using a detailed transport model to ensure that the motorway junction will continue to operate safely and efficiently.
