Our autumn wave focuses on women in the Borough who are experiencing symptoms of the perimenopause and menopause.
The free Mind over Matter online workshop is back 17 October to get you ready to take on the great range of activities across October and November - including circuits, dance and walking groups. Learn more
What is This Girl Can Eastleigh?
This Girl Can Eastleigh is a celebration of active women doing their thing no matter how well they do it, how they look or even how much their bodies jiggle in the process. The campaign proudly shouts that whatever your shape, ability or experience - being active can be a fun and enjoyable part of every woman's life.
20% of women in the Borough do less than 30 minutes of physical activity a week (Sport England Active Lives data) and we're here to mobilise change.
The campaign aims to break down current barriers women face in taking part in regular exercise, and inspire them to take that first step.
