Eastleigh Borough Council has received an application for an environmental permit under the Environmental Permitting (England and Wales) Regulations 2016 from CWM Aggregate Ltd.

A new batching plant with a bulk cement silo holding a maximum of 60 tonnes replacing an existing installation to be used by CWM aggregates.
