Pest control charges for businesses

Rats and Mice: to be quoted on site

For business premises not under contract after initial call out visit

Wasps and Hornets:

Treatment of one nest (one visit): £75
Charge for each additional nest (treated at the same time): £55

Fleas/Bed Bugs (up to five beds):

Full treatment (three visits, one hour visit followed by two half hour visits booked a fortnight apart): £150

For every hour after the full treatment: £85

Insects: Cockroaches, Carpet Beetles, Carpet Moths:

First visit (for the first hour or part of an hour): £150
Hourly charge after first visit: £85

If one of our Pest Control Officers visits your premises on an advice visit and it turns out to be a pest that we are not able to treat our call out charge will still be applicable.

If you have made an appointment and are not at the premises when the Pest Control Officer visits, you will need to pay a charge of £50.

Visits are made for an hour or half an hour, depending on the pest, however this includes travel time and doesn’t mean our officer will need that amount of time at your property to deal with the pest/s.  All prices include VAT.

A refund (less the cancellation fee) will be given if the appointment is cancelled more than 5 working days from the date of the first appointment , if cancelled after the Pest Control Officer has carried out the first appointment NO refund will be given. A cancellation fee of £25 will be deducted from any refund provided
