Please see the map below for the location and charges for car parks in our Borough.

Car park permits (season tickets) are available for some of our car parks.

Additionally, some of our car parks allow for certain resident or business parking. For more information please visit My Eastleigh parking permit page (you will need to have a My Eastleigh account registered to a property located within parking zones near to Southampton Road car park or Hamble Square car park only. Terms and Conditions will apply)

On-street pay & display parking is available in Eastleigh town centre in Market Street, High Street, Blenheim Road and Leigh Road. Additional on-street pay & display parking is available in Chestnut Avenue, Falkland Road, Stroudley Way & Chickenhall Lane. All on-street parking is managed and regulated by Hampshire County Council.

Free evening parking

Free parking from 6pm-7am in the Swan Centre car park only.  If using the rooftop car park you will need to validate your ticket at a paystation before leaving the car park.

*This Pay and Display car park is owned by Hamble-le-Rice Parish Council. Please see local tariff boards for charges.

Disabled badge holders free for up to 4 hours (no return within 8 hours)

Residents of Hamble parish are entitled to a clock permit which exempts their vehicle from car park restrictions at this car park for up to 4 hours (no return within 8 hours). Contact Hamble-le-Rice Parish Council on 023 8045 3422.

Leigh Road (on-street parking)
