We Are Undefeatable Eastleigh
When you’re managing a long term health condition, being active is about finding what works for you.
We Are Undefeatable is a national campaign to support people with a range of long-term health conditions. It aims to encourage finding ways to be active that work with each person’s conditions, not against them.
"Being Undefeatable is understanding that how you feel can change from day-to-day, that everybody’s situation is unique, and that moving more when you can is just as important as accepting when you can’t. We believe that every achievement, no matter how small it might seem to someone else, is worth celebrating."
Help us improve opportunities in the Borough
Share your experiences of keeping active while managing a long-term condition to improve Borough activities relevant to you. We are keen to understand how the pandemic might have changed your activity levels, if at all, so that we can provide opportunities that are relevant to you and other residents who may have a challenging health condition.
The survey has been extended to Friday 1 October
Join the network
We are building a network of charities, activity providers, groups and individuals who connect with the campaign. The group will provide an opportunity to share insight and practical examples as well as facilitating partnerships.
