Local recycling banks

Glass and textiles can be recycled at local recycling banks across the Borough. Many recycling banks are at supermarkets or other places you visit regularly, so it’s easy to recycle.

Hampshire County Council’s Smart Living site lists places to take your unwanted items such as electronics, furniture and bric-a-brac. 

Local Co-op stores allow you recycle 'soft plastics', such as plastic film lids on yoghurt pots, soft fruit punnets and ready meals, as well as plastic crisp packets, pasta bags and chocolate or biscuit wrappers.
