Enforcement appeals

If you have received an Enforcement Notice or other formal Notice from the Local Planning Authority then there is an opportunity to make an appeal against the Notice. An appeal cannot be made against the following:

  • Breach of Condition Notice
  • Stop Notice
  • Temporary Stop Notice
