Area appraisal
The Council is consulting on three revised Conservation Appraisals and Management Proposals from 26 February to 11 April 2025. This updates the guidance and the boundary of the Conservation Areas.
The Gaters Mill and Romill Close conservation area appraisal was formally adopted by Eastleigh Borough Council in July 2005 having been originally designated in 1999 and we've contacted all those directly affected by the proposals.
A hard copy of the document can be viewed at Eastleigh House, the town centre office, Eastleigh Library and other libraries in the Borough.
