Planning application requirements
Before we can accept an application as valid, it must contain all required information for it to be assessed. Required information is identified as:
- Relevant standard application form
- The mandatory national information requirements specified in The Town and Country Planning (Development Management Procedure) (England) Order 2010 (as amended)
- Information to accompany the application as specified by the local planning authority on their local list of information requirements.
Application forms, accompanying guidance notes and our validation checklist can accessed on the Planning Portal
We strongly recommend that you submit your application via the Planning Portal (please note that submissions via the portal do carry a fee). If you use alternative electronic formats or paper copies, you may experience some delay in registration especially during the Coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic with staff having limited access to Eastleigh House.
